Utilize existing workshops, purchase new equipment, use pinacol continuous production technology, and through continuous technical transformation, improve equipment production efficiency, reduce production equipment, reduce reaction residence time, react materials continue to enter the reactor, and products are continuously extracted. At the same time, the hydrogen chloride gas generated in the condensation reaction process is recycled to the addition process, and the dilute acid water generated in the addition reaction process is separated and recycled to reduce the amount of addition hydrochloric acid used and the amount of dilute hydrochloric acid produced, making the production process greener and more efficient. economy.
