7. 8. Laboratory personnel analyze the flushing water to determine whether the concentration of the waste liquid exceeds the standard. If it does not exceed the standard, it can enter the wastewater treatment station for treatment.

9. The test results were reported to the emergency commander. The test results did not exceed the standard. The commander announced the end of the exercise based on the test results, that is, the safety control on the accident site was cancelled, and the personnel of the chlorination department returned to work.
